Speaking about the contribution that private business can make to resolving the issue of citizen employment, he noted the need for a document that would simplify both the initiation and the conduct of business. Such a document will appear by the end of the first quarter, he said. With its introduction, about 50% of people who have received letters requiring them to participate in financing state expenditures will register, believes Sergey Novitsky.
