12 June, Minsk /BELTA correspondent/. Fees for certain administrative procedures are changing in Belarus. This decision is stipulated by Decree No. 197, which amended and supplemented the list of administrative procedures carried out by state bodies and other organizations upon applications from citizens, dated 12 April 2012, the Ministry of Justice informed BELTA.
In particular, the fee for issuing a duplicate civil status registration certificate will be 0.5 of a base unit, whereas currently it is one base unit. The fee for affixing an apostille to an official document drawn up in the territory of Belarus will also decrease from one to 0.5 of a base unit.
The fee for providing information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs will increase to one base unit for information on each legal entity, individual entrepreneur (currently 0.1 of a base unit).
In addition, the decree extends the validity period of certificates containing information from civil status records and notifications of the absence of a civil status record to one year (currently six months).
The changes come into force on 9 August 2012. -0-
