In 2013, 1,830 residential buildings (apartments) will be commissioned in Belarus for employees of agricultural organizations in need of improved housing conditions, as well as for employees of the social and cultural sphere in rural areas. This is stipulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of November 6, 2012, No. 1023, which has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA reports. In the Minsk region, it is planned to commission 450 residential buildings (apartments), in the Gomel region - 430, in the Brest region - 270, in the Grodno region - 290, in the Vitebsk region - 140, and in the Mogilev region - 250. The total area of this housing will be 141.2 thousand sq. m. Financing for construction (reconstruction) is planned in the amount of Br957.9 billion, of which Br905.8 billion will be preferential loan resources of OJSC "Belagroprombank", Br22.7 billion - own funds of agricultural organizations, and Br29.4 billion - funds from local budgets. -0-
