The correspondent of BelTA asked the Director of the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control (RIKZ) of the Ministry of Education of Belarus, Nikolai Feskov, to remind about when, where, and what to bring for the tests.
The Director of RIKZ emphasized that all applicants, especially those from other cities, should arrive at the testing point at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam. Tests in all subjects on all days begin simultaneously at 11:00 AM. The reverse side of the CT admission ticket indicates the exact location of the testing point, its address, and even public transport routes. You must have your admission ticket, an identity document, and a black ink pen (gel or capillary) with you. Upon receiving the examination materials, the applicant must ensure that the variant number of the answer sheet matches the variant number of the pedagogical test.
Nikolai Feskov once again warned all CT participants that the use of various communication devices during the tests is strictly prohibited. Applicants who violate this requirement will leave the аудитория and will be deprived of the opportunity to take the tests. Entry into the buildings where test trials are conducted is strictly prohibited for everyone except commission members and applicants.

"All materials (answer sheets, envelopes, and assignments) prepared by RIKZ staff will be delivered to regional testing points the day before using the courier service, and similarly, applicants' answers will be returned to the institute for verification," said Nikolai Feskov.
Testing will take place from June 13 to June 27. The first test (in the Belarusian language) will be held on June 13. On June 14, applicants will take Russian, on June 16 - Biology, on June 17 - Mathematics, on June 19 - Social Studies, on June 20 - Chemistry, on June 21 - World History of the Newest Time, on June 23 - Physics, on June 24 - History of Belarus, on June 26 - Foreign Languages, on June 27 - Geography.
For the first time in many years, the leaders among the subjects of the entrance campaign have changed. If in previous years mathematics was the first in terms of the number of applicants, then this year its place was taken by the Russian language. The language of Pushkin and Nekrasov was chosen by 95,896 people, and mathematics by 95,161 people. In total, more than 141,000 people wish to take the CT.
Applicants to higher education institutions must pass the CT in three subjects (with the exception of entrance examinations in the subjects "Literature (Russian, Belarusian)", "Creativity", "Physical Culture", the format of which is determined by the admission committee of the university). These are tests in Belarusian or Russian (by choice) and in two subjects in accordance with the profile (specialization) of the specialty. Applicants who were registered but did not appear for the CT for valid reasons have the right to take it on a reserve day – July 4. For this, they must re-register from June 27 to July 1 at one of the points providing registration for participation in the CT on the reserve day. These include Brest State Technical University, Vitebsk State Technological University, Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel, Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Belarusian-Russian University, Belarusian State University. Belarusian State University has been designated as the testing site for all subjects on the reserve day.
Information on the CT results can be obtained at the testing center (lists on stands, on the website of the educational institution where the testing will take place), as well as on the RIKZ website. In addition, you can use an SMS request.
In order to exclude the possibility of participation in the competition by applicants with a low level of preparation, a lower threshold for the test score has been established, from which the mark upon admission to higher education institutions will be considered satisfactory - 7 points. A positive test score was determined based on the analysis of centralized testing results over the last three years: the percentage of task completion in tests and the level of task difficulty according to the specifications for academic subjects, in accordance with which the test tasks were compiled. Thus, applicants with scores of 1-6 points in their CT certificates will not have their documents accepted by higher education institutions. Such applicants will be able to apply to secondary specialized or vocational-technical education institutions. CT certificates will be issued to all applicants who scored 1 point or higher. Those who scored 0 points will not receive a certificate, and therefore will be deprived of the right to submit documents for participation in the competition for both higher education institutions and secondary specialized education institutions.
