This opinion was expressed today to journalists by the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council, Sergei Rumas, BELTA correspondent reports. The Republic of Belarus will receive a deferral on the introduction of certain provisions of the treaty, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized. "Regarding the mandatory sale of foreign currency earnings, we will not move away from it earlier than January 1, 2017," Sergei Rumas noted. "As for the liberalisation of capital operations, it is most likely that the moratorium for the Republic of Belarus will be extended until January 1, 2015." -0-
