The list of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be exchanged or returned has been updated in Belarus. This is stipulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 22, 2018, No. 935, which was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BELTA reports.

There are 33 items in total on the list. In particular, parquet flooring, laminate, ceramic tiles, and wallpaper (previously, this product could not be returned in a quantity different from that purchased by the consumer) are not subject to return and exchange. Furniture with transformation mechanisms driven by an electric motor has been added to furniture sets and suites. Veterinary products, liquids for electronic vaporizers, and headphones have also been added to the list.

Some items from the list can be exchanged or returned if they are packed in sealed (vacuum) consumer packaging, as well as packaging that makes it possible to establish that the product has not been used. This applies to costume jewellery, perfumery and cosmetic products, manicure and pedicure tools, toys, headphones, and some other goods.
