President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed decree No. 176 "On State Support for Pensioners" on April 29, the press service of the Head of State informed BELTA. In accordance with the document, citizens who have reached retirement age are granted the right to a 50 percent discount on the cost of travel on railway, water and road public passenger transport of regular suburban communication (except for taxis) annually for the period from May 1 to September 30.
