Over 50 organisations will transfer part of their 2016 profits to the State Targeted Budgetary Fund for National Development. The document updates the list of highly profitable organisations that will transfer part of their profits (income) to the republican budget for the State Targeted Budgetary Fund for National Development. Previously, it included 34 organisations.
According to the resolution, highly profitable organisations will transfer part of their profits to the National Development Fund in excess of the profit calculated and transferred to the budget in accordance with clause 1 of Decree No. 637 of December 28, 2005 "On the Procedure for Calculating the Part of Profit of State Unitary Enterprises, State Associations which are Commercial Organisations, as well as Income from Shares (Stakes in Charter Capital) of Business Companies Owned by the Republic and Municipal Property, and on the Formation of the State Targeted Budgetary Fund for National Development", in equal monthly installments from April to July 2017 (organisations specified in clauses 1-34 of the annex) and by October 1, 2017 (organisations specified in clauses 35-52).
The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Ministries of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, Architecture and Construction, Health, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, Communications and Informatisation, Transport and Communications, Finance, the State Military Industrial Committee, the State Property Committee, the State Committee for Standardisation, the concerns "Belgospishcheprom", "Belneftekhim", regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee are instructed to control the timeliness and completeness of payments.
The document enters into force after its official publication.
