President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 16, which amends Decree No. 412 of November 14, 2019, "On Export Support". This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document, in particular, expands the possibility of compensating part of the costs for conformity assessment not only to technical but also to other mandatory requirements when selling goods in certain countries, such as veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, requirements for agricultural, food, and cosmetic products ("Halal", "Kosher", "Kashrut", "Health Certificate", and others).
The adoption of the decree will contribute to the expansion of existing export financial support tools and simplify access of Belarusian products to promising markets, including far-arc countries (China, UAE, Indonesia, and others).
