A mobile game "Green Economy" has been developed in Belarus, as reported by BELTA, Veronica Fialkovskaya, Public Relations Specialist for the project "Assistance to the Transition of the Republic of Belarus to a "Green" Economy".

The mobile game has been developed under a project financed by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme. The new application is a complex of five games dedicated to various areas of the "green" economy – energy, ecotourism, waste management, transport, and lotteries.

"The game has been developed to demonstrate the importance of environmentally friendly behaviour to representatives of various target groups," noted Veronica Fialkovskaya. "Ease of control, clear rules, and colourful design will attract the attention of users of different ages." The game will be available for free download for users of phones with different platforms (Android, iOS, Windows), added the specialist.
