2 October, Minsk /BELTA correspondent/. A jewellery holding company has been established in Belarus, the press service of the Ministry of Finance informed BELTA correspondent. "Kristall-Holding" was established in accordance with Decree No. 241 of 24 May 2012 "On some issues of the establishment and operation of a jewellery holding company". The holding company includes OJSC Gomel Production Association "Kristall" (managing company), OJSC "Belyuvelirtorg", and CJSC "Belgran", the state share packages of which have been transferred to the management of the Ministry of Finance. As noted by the Ministry, the establishment of the jewellery holding company is aimed at increasing the share of domestic jewellery products in the domestic market, improving the efficiency of jewellery production and sales based on the coordinated production and marketing policies of the holding company's participants, as well as enhancing the holding company's investment attractiveness and product competitiveness through the consolidation of its participants' assets and efforts. -0-
