The availability of information on the cadastral value of land and land plots, as well as the tax base in this area, will be simplified by a special information Internet resource, the press service of the State Property Committee of Belarus informed BELTA.
The Register of Land Plot Values is available online at http://vl.nca.by. It contains all information on cadastral valuations of land plots and lands carried out in Belarus, excluding agricultural lands, and their cadastral value. "The information is freely accessible and free for users anywhere in the world," the State Property Committee emphasized. The National Cadastral Agency of Belarus maintains the resource.
The press service of the State Property Committee noted that in accordance with clause 14 of Article 202 of the Tax Code of Belarus, corporate taxpayers submit declarations (calculations) for land tax to the tax authorities annually no later than February 20, meaning they have no more than one and a half months from the beginning of the year to prepare this financial document. "Thanks to the Register of Land Plot Values, the preparation of annual land tax declarations will take significantly less time for taxpayers," the press service is confident.
The information contained in the Register of Land Plot Values is particularly relevant for corporate taxpayers who use or own land plots throughout the Gomel region, in Vitebsk, Mogilev, Lida, Lyubcha, and Beloozersk, as well as in Nesvizh, Glusk, and Pukhovichi districts, in connection with the cadastral valuation of lands in these territories conducted in 2014.
