President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 92 on April 10, aimed at improving the pricing procedure in construction. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document establishes that when forming the estimated cost of specific construction projects, differentiated cost indices for various cost items (construction and installation works, equipment, other costs) will be used instead of a single forecast price index.
To ensure uniform approaches, this procedure applies to capital and current repair works, as well as technical modernization works.
The application of separate forecast indices will make it possible to more objectively determine the cost of expenses during the construction of facilities and reflect the real results of the construction complex's work.
