Head of State Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 220 on June 10 establishing the jubilee medal "30 Years of the Committee of State Control of the Republic of Belarus", the press service of the President informed BELTA.
The document also approved the statute on the medal, its description, and a sample of the certificate for it.
The obverse of the medal features the heraldic sign - the emblem of the CSC - in the center, with a ribbon with an ornament around the circumference, and the embossed inscription "30 Years" at the bottom. The reverse side bears the inscription "Committee of State Control of the Republic of Belarus", a stylized laurel branch, and the dates "1994 - 2024".
The medal will be awarded to employees and veterans of the CSC bodies for exemplary performance of official duties, achievement of high work results, as well as to other persons for their significant contribution to the development and improvement of activities aimed at protecting the state's interests from unlawful actions in the economic sphere and ensuring the country's economic security.
The jubilee date will be celebrated on August 2, 2024, the day of the establishment of the Control Service of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the legal successor of which is the Committee of State Control.
