January 27, Minsk /BELTA/. Belarus has established the amounts of bonuses for sold agricultural products. This is stipulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 53 of January 22, 2014, which was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal today, BELTA reports.
According to the document, bonuses for sold milk and long-staple flax tow will be paid from local budget funds. It is specified that this refers to milk and long-staple flax tow sold to organizations engaged in the processing (reprocessing) of agricultural products within the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and (or) sent by producer organizations for processing (reprocessing).
The bonus for 1 ton of sold milk of basic fat content (excluding value added tax) is set at Br340 thousand, for 1 ton of long-staple flax tow (depending on the grade - No. 1, No. 1.25, No. 1.5, No. 1.75 and higher) - Br735 thousand, Br925 thousand, Br1 million 110 thousand, Br1 million 300 thousand, respectively.
Bonuses will be paid to agricultural organizations, including peasant (farmer) households, as well as organizations engaged in entrepreneurial activities for the production (cultivation, breeding) of agricultural products, and flax processing plants.
In accordance with the resolution, regional executive committees, within the limits of local budget funds allocated for current agricultural production activities, are entitled to differentiate the bonus amounts depending on the cadastral valuation of agricultural land of agricultural designation determined in the established manner.
Bonuses paid for sold milk will be used to purchase mineral fertilizers, including delivery costs and expenses of service organizations, fuel and lubricants, and to repay debts for them; for sold long-staple flax tow – to purchase mineral fertilizers, fuel and lubricants, long-staple flax tow, energy resources, to pay wages to workers involved in the cultivation and harvesting of long-staple flax, to repay debts for them, as well as to repay bank loans obtained for these purposes and interest on them.
Regional executive committees are instructed to determine the procedure for paying bonuses in the established manner.
