In 2013, Belarus will construct 110 thousand sq.m of residential premises for commercial use from the state housing stock, which will be provided to the population under lease agreements. This is stipulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 6 November 2012 No. 1023, which has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, reports BELTA correspondent.
In the Brest region, it is planned to construct 15.9 thousand sq.m of rental housing, in the Vitebsk region – 9.7 thousand sq.m, in the Gomel region – 13.7 thousand sq.m, in the Grodno region – 11.9 thousand sq.m, in the Minsk region – 14.7 thousand sq.m, in the Mogilev region – 8.8 thousand sq.m. In Minsk, 35.3 thousand sq.m of residential premises for commercial use will be commissioned.
The financing of construction (excluding infrastructure costs) is planned at Br504.7 billion, which will be allocated from local budgets. For the construction of rental housing in the Brest region, Br73 billion will be allocated from the local budget, in the Vitebsk region – Br44.6 billion, in the Gomel region – Br62.8 billion, in the Grodno region – Br54.6 billion, in the Minsk region – Br67.5 billion, in the Mogilev region – Br40.2 billion. For the construction of rental residential premises in the Belarusian capital, Br162 billion will be allocated from the local budget.-0-
