According to him, rented facilities of 33 sanatorium-resort and health improvement organisations were used for the round-the-clock camps.
Ensuring safety requirements for preserving the life and health of children, compliance with sanitary and epidemiological regulations, labour protection standards and norms, and fire safety are traditionally under special control. "This year, the control system has been improved: specialists from all interested services (healthcare, education, Ministry of Emergency Situations, etc.) conduct joint, comprehensive inspections according to an established schedule," explained the Centre's Director. "No accidents, poisonings, or outbreaks of diseases were recorded during the first shift. Uninterrupted and priority supply of camps with quality food products directly from manufacturers has been ensured, with priority given to the use of domestic products."
As previously reported, 220.6 thousand children rested and improved their health during the first camp shift (63.1% of the plan for the current summer health campaign).
