The cost of electrical energy (excluding energy for heating and hot water supply needs with a connected equipment capacity of more than 5 kW) for healthcare organisations, religious organisations, horticultural associations and dacha cooperatives will be Br1188 per 1 kWh. The same price is set for stationary social service institutions (boarding schools of various types, special homes for veterans and the elderly, children's villages), as well as for organisations in terms of using electrical energy for lighting adjacent territories, basements, auxiliary premises of residential buildings, including dormitories.
For organisations that have high-voltage and low-voltage electrical networks or transformer substations on their balance sheet and provide electricity to the population in urban-type settlements, rural settlements, and residential areas of settlements, the price of 1 kWh will be Br1132.4.
Garage cooperatives and cooperatives operating car parks will have to pay Br1900 per 1 kWh. The same amount will be paid by organisations operating housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services, developer organisations, owners' associations, as well as organisations owning residential premises, having the right of economic management or operational management of residential premises.
Also indexed are the prices for natural gas per 1 cubic meter, including VAT, supplied by "BelTopGaz" to organizations that have dormitories, concerning the use of natural gas by citizens residing therein, religious organizations, family-type children's homes, and children's villages (towns). In the presence of individual gas heating appliances, the cost per 1 cubic meter during the heating season will be Br776.3, and during the summer period - Br2842.2; in the absence of individual gas heating appliances - Br2842.2.
