Trade via Instagram, TikTok and Telegram banned in Belarus

Social networks are not considered official trading platforms, therefore, commercial activities cannot be conducted directly on them.

To sell legally, an online store must have a website in the .BY domain zone and be registered in the state registry. The seller is also obliged to indicate the UNP (taxpayer identification number), legal address, and state registration data.

Social media accounts are allowed only as an additional channel, provided that all mandatory information is available to buyers.
