A field meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee is taking place in Dubrovno, with representatives of the authorities from Lepel District also participating.

The agenda item is the preparation of agricultural organizations for spring fieldwork.

The meeting was opened by Aleksandr Subbotin.

"The spring sowing campaign is the most important stage of the agricultural year, on which the fate of the future harvest largely depends," emphasized the head of the regional executive committee.

The Minister of Agriculture and Food, Yury Horlov, is taking part in the field meeting.

The task for 2025 is to ensure the volume of gross production in the agricultural organizations of the region at 107.0 percent of the previous year's level, including crop production – not less than 115.6 percent.
