This work has no place for ambition, pride, or callousness.

However, there is room for endless patience, sincere love for people, nobility, and kindness. It is with this approach that the team of the 24-hour care facility for elderly citizens "Sviatlica" works.

To say "works" is not entirely accurate. It is more about caring for those who are in particular need.

The history of one of the most heartfelt and homely places in the Lepel region began in December 2005. Over its almost 20-year history, the department has provided care, assistance, and support to more than five hundred citizens. Moreover, these citizens were not only from our district but also from other regions of the country.

Today, 45 people reside in the department, which is the maximum possible number of residents. This indicates only one thing: the decision made in 2005 was correct, and "Sviatlica" truly becomes a second home for everyone who comes here.
