It includes reproductions (printed on PVC) of works by renowned artists, reflecting various periods of the activity of the greatest ascetic and spiritual thinker of the Russian land. Sergius of Radonezh became a "people's saint" during his lifetime, to whom many people turned for help. He is known as the founder of several monasteries, including the famous Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius.

The event was attended by Valentina Moiseenko, a representative of the "Russian Society" and the CIC "Treasures of the World"; Archpriest Sergius Leshkevich, Dean of the Lepel District; representatives of the Department of Ideology and Culture of the Lepel District Executive Committee; pupils and teachers of the Lepel Centre of Crafts.
Valentina Ivanovna spoke about the process of creating the exhibition and about the artists whose works reflect the image of the venerable saint. Among them are M. Nesterov, V. Vasnetsov, N. Roerich. The current generation of painters also turns to this theme. The exhibition features reproductions of works by A. Prostev, S. Eroshkin, N. Klimova.
Archpriest Sergius Leshkevich spoke about the life of Sergius of Radonezh and his spiritual feat, as well as the importance of opening this exhibition.
