A new specialty of secondary vocational education, "Maintenance and Operation of Residential Buildings," has been opened at the Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College. Twenty-five students have been enrolled. The qualification is "Specialist in Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of Residential Buildings." The training allows students to master such trades as painter, plasterer, plumber, and electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.

A specialty of vocational education, "Technical Operation of Lifting and Transport Equipment. Operation and Repair of Automobiles. Construction and Installation and Repair Works," has also been introduced. It provides the qualification of "Automobile Crane Operator, 4th Category. Category "C" Vehicle Driver. Mason, 3rd Category." Twenty-six students have enrolled in this specialty.
