A practice-oriented seminar dedicated to key aspects of working with timber products, including quality assessment, storage rules, and sorting, was held at the Lepel Forestry.

The event was attended by heads of structural units – foresters, as well as representatives of working groups – forest rangers and logging site supervisors.

The participation of specialists directly responsible for harvesting processes allowed for a focus on the real challenges faced on the ground.

The training program was structured based on a systematic approach: knowledge is imparted through examples, demonstration materials, and interactive modules.

This format ensures not just memorization of regulations, but the development of a habit of control and a responsible attitude towards every element of timber harvesting.

The aim of the seminar is to develop unified criteria for assessing timber quality, in line with requirements, and to enhance employee motivation for effective performance.
