A meeting of the evacuation commission was held at the Lepel District Executive Committee, chaired by Veronika Khombak.

The meeting addressed issues concerning the organization of the evacuation commission's work, key regulatory legal acts in the field of conducting such activities, and the definition of functions and responsibilities for each commission member.

To resolve the issues raised, heads of enterprises and organizations of the district, as well as officials responsible for this area, were invited.
