The main issue is the employment of persons not engaged in the economy and leading an antisocial lifestyle. A preventive conversation was also held with all those invited to the meeting regarding the necessity of employment and the inadmissibility of alcohol abuse.

All invited individuals were offered available vacancies in the district, explained the procedure for contacting the Department of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the District Executive Committee, measures to assist in employment, and were offered retraining to obtain a profession in demand in the district's labour market.

During the current period of 2025, 26 meetings have been held. Based on the commission's work results, assistance measures have been taken for a total of 4190 citizens, of which decisions to classify 187 citizens as employed in the economy have been made.
