Leonid Bondal lives in neighbouring Ushachi, but his working day begins with the drive towards Lepel District. His choice of profession is not accidental: Leonid is a graduate of Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College. It was there that he acquired solid knowledge and mastered the operation of complex agricultural machinery.

— I work conscientiously, as the well-being of the farm directly depends on our labour, — shares Leonid during a short technical break. — I graduated from college here, in Lepel, and grew fond of these places. I enjoy operating powerful machinery, feeling the rhythm of the field, and seeing the results of my work. When you realise that this grass will turn into milk and meat, you want to work twice as hard. The main thing now is to catch the weather and harvest everything without losses.
