One of the main reasons for fires remains the failure of citizens to comply with fire safety regulations due to carelessness or ignorance, but the outcome is always the same.
With the aim of preventing such fires, as well as increasing public awareness in the field of fire safety, strengthening law and order, and preventing offenses committed by citizens under the influence of alcohol, from March 22 to March 30, 2025, the republican campaign "For Safety Together" will be held in the Lepel district.
Representatives of the internal affairs bodies, labor and social protection, education, media, housing and communal services, healthcare, and energy will participate in the preventive measures.
Traditionally, prevention entities will first focus on families with children in socially dangerous situations, lonely and single elderly citizens, disabled individuals, citizens using their homes for drinking alcohol, individuals leading an anti-social lifestyle, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and other socially vulnerable categories of citizens.
Every resident of the district can contact the district department for emergency situations to inspect their homes for compliance with fire safety regulations and receive recommendations from rescuers.
Join the campaign – let's be safe together!
