A methodological training session was held with the sergeants of the military unit in the mechanized brigade of the Zaslonovo garrison.

The training took place in several stages, including theoretical and practical sessions. The sergeants were able to familiarize themselves with modern training methodologies and also studied new approaches to organizing the educational process.

The objective of this training is to instill the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for effectively solving the tasks of training and educating subordinates. Participants have the opportunity to deepen their practical skills, which contributes to the successful accomplishment of training and combat missions.
