A solemn award ceremony for servicemen who have made a significant contribution to strengthening the defence capability of the Republic of Belarus and achieved high results in combat training in the 2024/2025 academic year was held at the mechanized brigade of the Zaslonovo garrison.

Following the results of the year, the brigade was awarded the title of the best mechanized brigade of the North-Western Operational Command, as well as the best training ground of the Armed Forces. Recognition was received by the armoured service, the radiation, chemical and biological protection service, the legal service, as well as the unit with the best moral and psychological state of the North-Western Operational Command.

Challenge cups, commemorative gifts and souvenirs became a symbol of respect for the service and dedication of each of the awardees.

Today, the guards play a key role in ensuring the military security of the country. Their professionalism, dedication and readiness to perform any tasks are the key to the stability and defence of the state.
