The winners of the open republican children's drawing competition of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans "We are entrusted to protect peace" have been named in Minsk.

It is gratifying to note that among the awardees is the young resident of Lepel, Irina Kiselevich, who has been honored with a special prize. We congratulate our compatriot and wish her success in her creative endeavors!

As the organizers noted, the main objective of the competition is to appeal to the younger generation through visual means, preserving and promoting the memory of the war, because it is our history. It is very important for us, as a nation, as a people, to remain alive, distinctive, and to move confidently into the future.
