Dear Parents! No matter how grown-up your child may seem, warn them of danger. Talk to them, caution them, and convince them that a moment of carelessness can lead to tragedy. Constantly monitor your child's whereabouts. Vigilance, attention, care, and love – these immutable truths should be the foundation of parental upbringing. And remember – there are no "other people's children." If you see children doing anything that could harm them, warn them of the danger, contact their parents, or if that is not possible, inform the relevant services. Your vigilance and concern can help prevent a tragedy!
