From December 5 to 10, approximately 230 athletes from 13 regions of Belarus and Russia competed for victory in Neftegrad.

For several days, intense battles unfolded at the Ice Palace in Novopolotsk. Hockey teams demonstrated beautiful team play, precision, and speed. The ice was truly hot.

Weather conditions adjusted the competition program for skiers, and instead of cross-country skiing, they participated in a cross-country race at the Novopolotsk State Olympic Reserve College.

At the solemn closing ceremony of the Spartakiad, winners were awarded their well-deserved medals and cups.

– This Spartakiad marks the beginning of your athletic journey. You are the strongest! Love and respect sports, – addressed the young athletes Vyacheslav Shiparyov, Head of the Personnel Policy and Ideological Work Department of the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus.

The most anticipated and exciting moment of the Spartakiad closing was the awards ceremony for the winners.

In ice hockey, the first place was won by the team "Yaroslavich" (Yaroslavl Region, Russia), the second by "Yunost" (Nizhny Novgorod Region, Russia), and the third by "Arktur" (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia).
