Training for specialists of district executive committees on state property management has been organized at the regional executive committee.

However, at the same time, the share of unused state property also increased – today it is 809 thousand sq.m. 354 real estate objects are to be involved in economic circulation this year, which is 8% more than last year.

In the current year, in the cities and districts of the Vitebsk region, it is planned to continue work to ensure an increase in the efficiency of state property use, and to involve unused real estate objects in economic circulation, and this work will be carried out under constant control.

To establish high-quality and fruitful work in this direction, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee organized advanced training courses this week for responsible specialists from all district executive committees of the region who deal with issues of state property management and disposal.

In addition to specialists from the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, the management of the Vitebsk Regional Committee for State Control, the unitary enterprise "Vitebsk Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre", the main department of housing and communal services of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the design institute "Vitebskgiprozem", and the main department of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade for the Vitebsk region were invited to provide a broader coverage of the issues at hand and to share their work experience.

Within the framework of this week, issues related to state property management are planned to be discussed not only in theory, but also to exchange opinions and practical experience of the work carried out.

Work with unused property is one of the reserves for increasing the efficiency of state asset use and the development of the Vitebsk region as a whole.
