In October of the current year, during a joint raid conducted by officers of the traffic police department of the Lepel District Department of Internal Affairs and the enforcement department of the Lepel district, a driver was identified who had outstanding debts to the state. An inventory of the necessary amount was made to cover the debt. Additionally, the said citizen was driving a vehicle without a valid driver's license and was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 18.14 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus.
