"An angiograph will be installed in the new building. This will enable doctors to address the causes of serious diseases such as cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and strokes. An angiograph allows for vascular surgery," said Vladimir Plytkevich. "Furthermore, joint replacement surgeries will be performed. We will conduct laparoscopic interventions using the most modern methods of tissue treatment. Medical assistance in Orsha will be provided not only to residents of the city and Orsha District but also to patients from Tolochinsky, Dubrovensky, and other nearby districts. An inter-district medical centre will operate here."
The building will house the cardiology, neurology, surgery, gynaecology, urology, and ophthalmology departments, as well as a haemodialysis unit.
Construction work is still ongoing in the new building (interior and exterior finishing is in progress). Simultaneously, some equipment, including an X-ray machine, is already being installed. "Thanks to the Ministry of Health and the efficient operation of the enterprise 'Belmedtekhnika', much of the necessary equipment has already been delivered, the delivery schedule is set, and everything will be here within the next two weeks," noted the chief physician.
