Alongside officers of the traffic police department of the internal affairs department are representatives of the State Technical Supervision Inspectorate of the Vitebsk region.

The main goal of the campaign is to pay special attention to the serviceability of external lighting devices, the use of flashing beacons of orange color on self-propelled machines and tractors, reflective elements on mounted equipment of agricultural machinery, and their technical condition when moving on the road.
