In total, there are about 7 million 44 thousand people on the lists of citizens eligible to vote. Of these, more than 237 thousand people have already taken advantage of the opportunity to vote early. In the Brest region, 2.6% of voters voted early, in Vitebsk - 5%, in Gomel - 4.2%, in Grodno - 3.1%, in Minsk - 3%, in Mogilev - 3.5%, in the city of Minsk - 2.6%. According to Nikolai Lozovik, early voting began quite actively. "No signals of violations or malfunctions in the work of election commissions have been received," he added. Election polling stations were open everywhere at the time established by law, and the procedure for starting early voting was strictly observed. We remind you that early voting began 5 days before the main election date - December 19. It will last until December 18. During this period, polling stations are open daily from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. In order to vote early, a voter must have a passport or one of the documents replacing it: a pension certificate, a student ID, an ID of a state employee, a military ID (for conscripts), a certificate from the internal affairs bodies (for citizens who have lost their passport or submitted it for exchange). -0-
