A traditional meeting of young specialists will be held in Polotsk on December 18, the press service of the Polotsk District Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent.
This year's highlight will be the organisation of seven platforms with different focuses. Simultaneously, in various locations across the city, participants will commence meetings in a world café format. "The programme is intensive, interesting, and diverse. Sports and cultural entertainment events, a meeting with the district leadership, consultations on current issues – young specialists will be engaged at different city venues throughout the day. Approximately 200 young people will take part in the district meeting," the press service noted.
During the event, at one location, attendees will be able to learn hairstyling, while at another, medical college students will share advice on how to maintain their health. A quest game will take place at Gymnasium No. 1 named after Francysk Skaryna. In other parts of the city, participants can delve into the history of Polotsk, try their hand at fitness, and learn about healthy eating.
In the afternoon, a meeting with the leadership of the District Executive Committee, relevant services, and departments will be held at the City Palace of Culture. Consultations will be available on issues related to labour relations, preferential lending, housing, and starting a business. The event will conclude with creative performances by young specialists.-0-
