On the eve of Constitution Day in Vitebsk, Alexander Subbotin presented passports to talented and gifted youth.

On the eve of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, 30 schoolchildren from the Vitebsk region had the honour of receiving their main document.

Our country is developing progressively and moving forward confidently. And it is especially pleasant to receive a passport in such a solemn setting on the eve of Constitution Day, – noted the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin. – Today, more than 500 young people in the Vitebsk region are receiving the most important document for themselves. The best of the best are gathered in this hall – excellent students, winners of school Olympiads, prize-winners of sports competitions of various levels, participants of creative groups, activists. Do not stop at what you have achieved and be worthy citizens who love your Motherland.

Today, Yevgenia Zenovich, a student of Secondary School No. 3 of Lepel, also received her main document from the head of the northern region.
