The Head of State will visit the Far Eastern regions of Russia. A meeting and negotiations with President of Russia Vladimir Putin are scheduled for April 12. On Cosmonautics Day, the leaders of the two countries will visit the Vostochny Cosmodrome in the Amur Region together, in the construction of whose infrastructure Belarusian specialists are also planned to participate. The Heads of State will familiarize themselves with the progress of the construction of the launch complex, and will communicate with pilots-cosmonauts and cosmodrome employees.

At the cosmodrome, the presidents will discuss current issues in the development of bilateral relations, joint measures to counter sanctions pressure from the collective West, the situation in the region and the world, and events in Ukraine in a one-on-one format. Following the negotiations, the Heads of State will meet with representatives of Belarusian and Russian media.

During his working visit, Alexander Lukashenko will also visit Primorsky Krai. A meeting between the Head of State and the Governor of Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako will take place in Vladivostok on April 13. The main topic of negotiations will be Belarus's cooperation with the Far Eastern region of Russia. The delegations will discuss the implementation of current projects and new areas of interaction. In particular, emphasis will be placed on trade issues across a wide range of goods and the supply of fish products to the Belarusian market.

It is planned that the President will also visit Russky Island, where he will familiarize himself with the implementation of a number of infrastructure, social, and cultural projects in Primorsky Krai.
