As part of the Young Specialist Day, a meeting between the management and the trade union committee was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere with young specialists who have started their first jobs at the healthcare institution "Lepel Central District Hospital".

This year, the ranks of medical workers in the Lepel region have been joined by 3 doctors, a dental technician, 2 physician assistants, and 7 nurses. Chief Physician Alexey Prokofiev spoke about the district's healthcare, its history, and traditions.

The chairperson of the trade union organization, Elena Avtuk, informed about the work of the trade union. She also spoke about the mentorship system, which has been in place at the Central District Hospital for many years and yields positive results in training young specialists at their workplaces.

Representatives of the economic and HR departments spoke about the specifics of salary calculation for young specialists, opportunities for professional development, and much more.

The young people shared their impressions of their first workplaces and how they were received by the team.

The activities of the Belarusian Youth Union were presented by the first secretary of the District Committee of the Belarusian Youth Union, Ekaterina Baranovskaya.

Representatives of the CB 211 of OJSC ASB Belarusbank spoke about the banking product "Lime" (a card for online purchases), the terms of the "With a Card Under Protection" program, loans for young specialists, and much more.
