As part of the republican campaign "From the bottom of our hearts", a district festival of creativity for the elderly "The soul is ageless..." was held at the Lepel District House of Culture.

The event was attended by creative groups, individual performers, reciters, and masters of arts and crafts of Lepel district.

The prepared concert program gave the audience incredible emotions. Songs, dance numbers, expressive poetry readings, anecdotes, mini-performances – the festival participants surprised the guests with everything they could.

As part of the festival, an exhibition of arts and crafts and fine arts was organized, where elderly people demonstrated items they had made with their own hands: from beautiful abstract paintings to amazing dolls.
