As part of the republican charity event "From the bottom of our hearts," a ball titled "And Christmas will whirl to the rhythm of a waltz..." was held at the district cultural center for the elderly residents of Lepel.

The participants eagerly awaited the celebration and had been preparing for it for several days. The result was worth it: ladies in evening gowns, with elaborate hairstyles and on heels, some even with fans, and gentlemen in suits, offered sincere smiles and danced to the sounds of waltzes and other beautiful melodies.

The Christmas Ball in the Lepel region became unique in that it was attended not only by people of the silver age, but also by young people. Young residents of Lepel twirled in dances with the older generation and received wonderful feedback.
