As part of the nationwide campaign "We are citizens of Belarus!", Elena Belskaya, Head of the Civil Registry Office of the Lepel District Executive Committee, and Anatoly Burmistrov, Head of the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate of the Lepel District Department of Internal Affairs, congratulated the students of Secondary School No. 1 in Lepel on Constitution Day and, in a solemn ceremony, presented their first passports to the 14-year-old boys and girls.
