A training and methodological meeting was held at the District Executive Committee with employees responsible for the state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations, as well as civil defense of organizations, enterprises, and educational institutions of Lepel District.

The following issues were considered:

Conducting command and staff exercises (staff drills), tactical special exercises, comprehensive exercises and facility training of civil defence and emergency situations in enterprises, institutions and organisations of Lepel district in 2025. Drills on actions in emergency situations and on the civil defence signal.

On the procedure for training at the Faculty of Life Safety of the State Educational Institution "University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus".

Inventory of civil defence assets.

Procedure for organising civil defence measures planning documents. Adjustment of planning documents for emergency situations and civil defence.

On the procedure for collecting and exchanging information in the field of protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies.

Problematic issues were also considered and the results of the collection were summarised.
