A meeting of the evacuation commission was held at the district executive committee, to which the heads of enterprises and organizations of the district, as well as officials responsible for this area, were invited.

The meeting summarised the work of the evacuation commissions in the organizations and enterprises of Lepel district. Attendees were acquainted with the activities of the evacuation commission of KUPP "Borovka" and UZ "Lepel Central Regional Hospital".

Then, the results of the work of the district evacuation commission under the Lepel District Executive Committee for 2025 were summarised, and the work plan of the district evacuation commission for 2026 was approved.

Also, the secretary of the evacuation commission, Senior Engineer of the Special Operations Department of Fire Safety, Prevention and Rescue of the Lepel Regional Department for Emergency Situations Dmitry Venzhik, addressed the participants of the meeting, who oriented everyone towards a responsible approach to the tasks facing the evacuation commission, as well as the timely provision of requested materials and information.
