The meeting began with appeals from citizens with disabilities. Residents of Lepel raised issues concerning housing and communal services, healthcare, and other matters.

The following issues were considered:

On the implementation of the action plan of subprogramme 2 "Accessible Environment for the Life of Disabled Persons and Physically Weakened Individuals" of the state programme "Social Protection" for 2021-2025;

On the activities of the district physical culture and recreation centre in physical culture and recreation and sports and mass work with disabled persons and persons with limited mobility;

On the involvement of citizens with disabilities in cultural and mass events.

Other issues were also considered.

Following the meeting, recommendations were made to improve work in this area. This means that barriers in the lives of people with limited mobility will decrease. Sufficient work is being carried out in this direction.
