By the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2016 No. 7, the Rules for ensuring the industrial safety of equipment operating under excess pressure have been approved. The Rules come into force on March 1, 2016.

Also signed are Resolutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus:
- of January 28, 2016 No. 8 "On the invalidation of the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2012 No. 60" (Rules for the design and safe operation of steam and hot water boilers);
- of January 28, 2016 No. 6 "On the invalidation of the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2011 No. 52" (Rules for the design and safe operation of steam and hot water pipelines);
- of January 28, 2016 No. 5 "On the invalidation of the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2005 No. 56 and certain structural elements of the Resolutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" (Rules for the design and safe operation of pressure vessels).
