A Unified Information Day is being held in the Vitebsk region today.

Speakers will address workforces on the topic: "The defensive capability of the Belarusian army and patriotism in modern conditions."

The Head of the district, Mikhail Kiselevich, met with the work collective of Lepel PMS as part of the Unified Information Day. Svetlana Shevelyova, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the District Executive Committee, also participated in the meeting.

Representatives of the information and propaganda group of the Lepel District Executive Committee, led by Vyacheslav Pavlovich Masharo, Deputy Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee, met with the work collective of Lepel RMZ. Elena Belskaya, Head of the Civil Registry Office of the Lepel District Executive Committee, and Elena Serebro, Chief Specialist of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Lepel District Executive Committee, also took part in the group's work.

Nikolay Latyshev, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, met with the employees of the branch "Lepel DRSU No. 202" of KUP "Vitebskobldorstroy".

Victoria Podobed, Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Lepel District Executive Committee, met with the work collective of KUPSHP "Lepel".

Igor Urban, Chairman of the Lepel District Council of Deputies, held a meeting with the teaching staff of Polsvizh Secondary School named after N. N. Tomashevich.

Representatives of the authorities, leaders of public associations, managers, and experts visited enterprises and organizations in the district. In their reports, speakers elaborated on key aspects of modern state policy, emphasizing that Belarus today has a mobile and well-equipped army capable of guaranteeing the security of the state.

Speakers paid special attention to the role of patriotism as a crucial factor for societal unity and the personal responsibility of each citizen for the future of the country.

During the meetings, attendees had the opportunity to ask representatives of the information and propaganda groups their pressing questions.
